Where is the event taking place?

The event will be held at Ice Sheffield, located at Coleridge Road, Sheffield, S9 5DA.

How do I get there?
  • By Car: Use postcode S9 5DA. The venue is easily accessible via M1 Junction 34.
  • By Train: Arrive at Sheffield Station, then take a tram or taxi (approximately 10 minutes).
  • By Tram: Take the Yellow Route to Arena/Olympic Legacy Park stop — Ice Sheffield is just a short walk away.
Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available but limited on event days. A £5 parking charge applies. We recommend arriving early or using public transport where possible.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before the show starts to allow time for parking, entry, and finding your seat.

What do I need to bring?

Please ensure you have the following:

  • Your digital ticket (Email / Apple or Google Wallet)
  • Your 8-digit booking reference
  • Proof of entitlement if you purchased a discounted ticket
How long is the show?

The show runs for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including a short interval.

Can I choose my seat?

Seats are allocated. We reserve the right to adjust seating arrangements to avoid leaving single unoccupied seats in the venue.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No, outside food and drink are not permitted inside the venue.

Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
